Be there aloha.

DOCK Blaster was broken for about 2 hours day, 11 am to 1 pm San Francisco time (Aug 20)

We think we fixed it, still testing. Symptom was the ligand control would not dock "DOCK failure". This could be among the shortest DOCK Blaster outages on record.

We have exciting new stuff in the pipeline, just submitting the paper, and once accepted, you'll be able to see it.

We're back

license updated. Service returning to normal. Thanks for your patience.

OpenEye license has expired, trying to get it renewed

Dear fans

Our OpenEye license has expired, and so a lot of things are currently broken. We are working with OpenEye to get this sorted out quickly, and hope to be back to normal working conditions very soon.

I think DOCK Blaster is fixed

Hi DOCK Blaster fans

I believe DOCK Blaster is working now. I am so sorry about the recent trouble.

I will go through all my mail as I continue testing for the next 24 hours. However, by far the simplest solution is to resubmit any job that has had trouble, and, if there is still trouble, then let me know again.

So, 24 hours of testing, and then I'll let you know if I still think it is fixed.

I will also reply to all the other questions about libraries etc.

yes, I broke DOCK Blaster again over the weekend

It probably was on Saturday, while trying to introduce improvements. I am working assiduously to restore service today. Thank you for your patience.

ZINC was down briefly early in the morning on the 4th of July

Up now.

DOCK Blaster trouble, last 2 weeks or so

Dear patient and kind DOCK Blaster users

Due to a typo pointing to a missing file, all the jobs submitted in the past two weeks or so have been hanging indefinitely. Obviously I need to do more testing when I start introducing new features to make sure the existing code still works. very sorry!

Please resubmit your jobs and let me know if you have any more problems.

I will be more careful going forward.

website back online

Dear fans:

Our server was down early Monday morning. Service resumed approximately 6:30am San Francisco time.

We are grateful to the alert and kind ZINC users who brought this to our attention while we were sleeping.
